Dr. Saricaoglu has a BA degree in English Language Teaching from Mersin University (2007) and an MA degree in the same field from Hacettepe University (2010). She worked as an English language instructor at Erciyes University, School of Foreign Languages (2007-2010). She received her PhD degree as a Fulbright scholar in Applied Linguistics and Technology from Iowa State University (2015) where she worked as a research and teaching assistant English (2013-2015). She was an assistant professor at TED University, English Language Education between 2016 and 2018. She has been working as an assistant professor at Social Sciences University of Ankara, English Language and Literature since September 2018. She has disseminated her work at several national and international conferences including EuroSLA, AAAL, EuroCALL, CALICO, and TSLL and have published in major journals in the field such as CALL, ReCALL and CALICO. Her work is available on Google Scholar.
