The Department of English Language and Literature at ASBÜ attended a conference entitled “One Day, J. M. Synge...” organised by the Department of English Language and Literature, Hacettepe University in collaboration with the Embassy of Ireland on 23 November 2018 at Beytepe Campus.

The scholars attending from Hacettepe University, University College Dublin, Doğuş University and Çankaya University examined Irish playwright John Millington Synge and his works from various perspectives.
